We specialize in various mining activities from stoping, development, sweeping and vamping, mining operations, reclamation, Drop Raises etc. We employ the best Site managers and experienced employees with many years of experience in mining so that we can compete with the best and biggest in the industry. In development we are doing average 30 to 36 meter per crew.We also perform well in sweeping, drop raising and other areas of mining. Our last major accident was in 2005 and it was due to an individual ignorance. We have good relationship with Union leaders, DMR inspectors and mine management in all the mines we are operating from. We also look after our employees very well and as a result our labour turnover is very small. We employ over 2500 employees across all of our working areas. Between the 2 Shareholders of RMS we only have 1 Secretary and we do all the work ourselves so that we can reduce the cost of operating the company and focus our resources to our employees who are the main pillars of our business.
