All furniture bought for domestic use has got a 2 year Well Built guarantee against manufacturing defects. Damaged items must be sent back immediately with the same truck clearly stating the damages in detail on the delivery note. All furniture is hand stained and although all is done to ensure matching colouring, we cannot be held responsible for colour variances. No furniture will be delivered if not paid in full. Our delivery cost covers delivery to the entrance of the given address. Carrying the furniture inside a building is solely the clients request and responsibility. Fabrics that are discontinued or out of stock cannot be guaranteed and the client will be informed to choose new fabrics and the order will be adjusted accordingly. Keep the pink copy as proof of your order and as receipt for a deposit paid in cash.
